I ve used martin silk and steels on my 0 16ny for a couple of decades and on that little guitar they re fine. When would you prefer one or the other. I tried martin silk and steel 12 strings m200 on my d 1235 and while they were easy to play to my ears they lacked volume and punch i ll be trying martin msp7600 lifespan strings soon.
